Jarvis Livingston is a 2011 graduate of the University of Kentucky where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Mr. Livingston has been employed with the Kentucky Department of Corrections since 2012 where he has served as a Correctional Officer and Probation and Parole Officer, implementing programs such as PORTAL New Direction, Thinking for a Change and reentry programs such as Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) and supervised a regular caseload. In February 2017, Livingston assumed the duties as the Interim Reentry Officer for District 14, where he was able to magnify his reentry philosophies by creating procedures such as discharge summaries /Reentry Assessments Forms, community outreach, and reentry collaborations with elected officials. Since September 2017, Mr. Livingston has served as a Reentry Employment Program Administrator.
