Harley Nolan is Youth Coordinator and Youth Peer Support Specialist at TAYLRD/Ashland Drop.  Harley is currently studying Social work at Ohio University Southern, and can draw from current engagement tools at the Drop to share knowledge and experience about the impact of various  approaches when meeting the needs of this population.
