Brittany Roberts, B.A. is currently the Program Coordinator for Kentucky Partnership for Families and Children which is a statewide family organization. Brittany was a youth who experienced 93 placements before she aged out of the child welfare system at the age of twenty-one. Upon leaving the system, she was hired, and worked for several years at, a residential treatment facility. Brittany became the foster/adoptive mother for a sibling group of two; one of which has experienced multiple visits to residential facilities and hospitals. She is passionate about advocating for families and youth in our state. Brittany has her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Phoenix. Brittany is a certified Family, Youth and Adult Peer Support Specialist, a trainer for Trauma Informed Care, Kentucky Family Leadership Academy and Kentucky Peer Support Certification Training.
